The Tea Nation LLC is a fully owned subsidiary of Southern Sun Teas (Private) Limited. It has been selling premium teas since 1999.It has its principal office at Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Southern Sun Teas (Private) Limited is a family owned company. It principal business is creating premium teas. It was setup in 1999 under the laws of Sri Lanka and it has been active in the USA tea market since 2001.
We have been producing tea that has won the admiration of the tea connoisseur for the past decade. We are located in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and own and operate a state of the art tea bagging facility in a suburb of Colombo.
Our facility is ISO 22000 and HACCP certified. These quality certifications ensure that each cup of tea you enjoy has been processed under the most hygienic conditions. In addition, most of the Teas we produce are kosher (OU) certified by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregation in the USA. Our teas meet with the most stringent Lion Logo standard awarded by the Sri Lanka Tea Board which monitors the quality of every ounce of tea exported from Sri Lanka. Our teas are eco-friendly and our packaging is recyclable.
